Nevermind, the cook that was so good is no longer there, leaving the food as just overpriced. Heard the way the owner was speaking to the staff, which changed my opinion of her entirely. In front of customers? Really? (Leaving my original l review below for reference)

Great food and solid mixing from the staff. Food may be a little pricey for pub food, but it's worth it. I know it sounds a little lame to mention, but they've got some of the best hot dogs I've ever had. Probably one of the most enjoyable watering holes out in the desert. The owners give the place their all and it shows. This place has heart and soul, and great music, cold beverages and friendly staff. I've stopped in many time in my travels to and from the Indian Wells Valley and if you're lucky, Sophia will be working and she is the consummate mixologist; friendly, knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing and very easy on the eyes!
