Short review - Excellent food, friendly staff, decent outdoor seating to enjoy a lovely meal with wine. This restaurant gets Raj's 4 stars - meaning worth taking a detour if possible to enjoy this place. Long review: The food menu is typical burgers, salads, and sandwiches. The chicken sandwich and salad with shrimp are exceptionally well. Hreat taste and lovely presentation. Vegan wraps tasted great with a nice assortment of veggies. Crispy French fries. Pair your meal with any decent local wine like Ferrari Careno Cabernet. The restaurant is inside Geyserville Inn, a small hotel tucked well nicely in the wine country. It is easily accessible from a major highway. The place looks sweet, an old style small restaurant with small seating and a pleasant patio seating right near the swimming pool. The staff is very friendly guys work hard, so.please tipnthe chef and the staff well. You will enjoy this place and remember your trip to this wine country. Please Like this review if you enjoy the place. Otherwise, write tour comments and let me know if your experience is less than stellar.

$5.50 "Side Pancakes" = 1 pancake I went out to breakfast with my boyfriend and his Mom and Dad. His dad ordered the side of pancakes and when the "pancakes" came out we saw it was only one pancake. Smh. For $0.20 they could have brought out another pancake when we pointed out the language in the menu. Instead they berated us and argued there was nothing they could do. Waitress to Dad: "Just listen, don't make a scene. This is a family restaurant. I'll give you an extra pancake this one time but next time..." To say "Don't make a scene, this is a family restaurant" to a man that was at breakfast with his family is ridiculous To charge $5.50 for "pancakes" and only give one pancake is ridiculous The staff they ultimetly admitted they needed to fix the menu. They should have started by fixing our order. 2 stars because the other orders were fine, nothing amazing especially after this service

I was passing through Geyserville while on a weekend tour through wine country. A small group of us grabbed a late lunch at Geyserville Grill. No reservations were made and we were seated immediately on the patio. Perfect setting - enjoyed the sunshine while in a slightly shaded part of the patio while listening to the water fountain. The service was good throughout the lunch. I ended up ordering the only vegan item on the menu which was a vegetable wrap with hummus. Despite the meal being simple it was incredibly enjoyable. Vegetables were fresh and seasoned well. The tortilla wrap used was one of the best I’ve had - weird thing to notice but it stood out to me. The fries were fried to perfection and also seasoned well. Overall, the kitchen does a great job and you won’t be leaving wanting for anything. I’d absolutely recommend you stop in and give this place a try!

This place has really gone down the tubes in terms of service and pricing. The prices have gotten so high, and the portion sizes do not justify the price. As for service, this place is the pits. It started off with no greeter at the door to show us to our seat. We had made a reservation for 6, and the place was empty but for 1 table. I stood there for a solid 3 minutes with no workers in sight until I saw one of our party sitting at the outdoor tables, and just joined her myself, along with 2 others who were with me. We waited a full 10 minutes before anyone came to take drink orders or appetizer orders. We ordered both lunch and appetizers at the same time. The waitress was nice enough, but it was ANOTHER 25 minutes before our appetizers came out. We finished the appetizers within 15 minutes, and the waitress came out one time to fill the iced tea cups. Except she only filled one, and then left the iced tea dispenser on the table, without filling the cup of the other person who had iced tea. Keep in mind, there is ONE other table in the entire restaurant that is occupied. After we finished our appetizers, we waited for the food to arrive. At a little after the one hour mark since we had arrived, we went in and asked about the food arrival. We were assured of would he right out. Another 10 minutes passed... finally one of us had to leave because she had another appointment, so we decided to take the food to go. We went in to tell them to pack it to go, which took another 10 minutes... mind you we ordered 4 salads add shrimp and 1 salad add salmon, and 1 roast beef sandwich with au jus. NONE of that takes more than 15 minutes to prepare. When they brought it out, the waitress (not our original one) said, "I'm so sorry, this never happens, we are short one staff member today." Again, only TWO tables were filled including us and I noticed one more as we left. When someone in our party mentioned "It has actually happened nearly every time we have come here." The waitress snarkily added "Oh ok, well not since we've had a full staff." And handed us our food. All in all a terrible experience. Side note, we were sitting out on the patio, and it's about 95° today, so that only...

I took my mother and mother-in-law here for Mother's Day brunch and was expecting to have an amazing time. The special menu looked great. My parents are both retired professional chefs who worked in 5 star restaurants in Sonoma County for decades. My mother and I both ordered the lobster Benedict. My mom couldn't find any lobster on hers and I had weird congealed pieces that didn't seem cooked at all and were unidentifiable as lobster. The hollandaise was runny and lacked flavor. It was the worst eggs Benedict I have ever had. On top of that, when the waitress brought mine out one of the poached eggs fell off onto her finger and she didn't offer to bring a new one. My husband and my dad got the chicken fried steak. My dad got over easy eggs and they were brought over medium. The breading on the steak had no seasoning or flavor. They both ordered sourdough and were brought rye bread. When my dad told the waiter that he got rye, his response was "oh, weird" and walked away. To top it off, we sat and watched other moms get handed cut roses and my mom's didn't get any. Who knows, maybe the chef walked out or something and the regular wait staff was back in the kitchen. I felt like I was in a service from Restaurant Impossible. It was truly the most atrocious dining experience to the point that we just ordered a bottle of champagne and tried to laugh it off. The setting is great and the wait staff was very young and obviously just untrained. I recommend this place consider a change in management and hire a new chef because what we experienced was nothing short of a train wreck. I can't believe I...

Great little place, I just hope they get their act together. Arrived @ 6pm. Party of 6. The place was empty. They just started serving dinner for the summer season the day before. Breakfast and lunch year round. Beer taps were empty. The bottle selection was lacking. Pops ordered a bottle of wine and we waited... and waited... and waited. "Your wine is coming". From where??? Horseback from Napa? 50 minutes later the waiter asked "how many glasses". 4 glasses. The female manager brings 3 heavy pours and says "I need to open another bottle". Only one bent up cork screw on site and it was difficult to open a bottle. She gets it open and I explain that when ordering a bottle and 4 glasses, that's what you bring to the table. 1.5 hours into the event, the entrees come. 4 of them... Party of 6? And we wait, and wait. "excuse me, where are the other two entrees"? Deer in the headlights look. "The food is getting cold, we can't start until all of us have what we ordered". 15 to 20 minutes later we could eat. The food was great, the service, not so much. In an attempt to make amends they comped one of the entrees. The bill came and, no, they didn't. They did the bill over again and didn't comp the entree. 3rd time's a charm. I'm from out of town and when visiting there are so many other options that I don't imagine I'll be back. If you're staying at the Inn, give it a try. I can't imagine that they have been open so long with this...
