La Gitana (Taco Truck) — Restaurant in California

Jose and La Gitana catered our Friday night Welcome Party for our wedding at Triple S Ranch (approximately 100 guests). He was so flexible and easy to work with, and was extremely understanding when we had to jump through a few venue hoops.

The food was great and our guests were really happy with the assortment of options. We really wanted to have tacos and burritos, not only because we love them, but also because we had guests flying in from around the country and world.

We were so happy with La Gitana and definitely recommend them...

Pretty good chicken super burritos 🌯. Just make sure you ask for little beans and rice. All the food will be handed to you in a disposable plate with grilled onions, roasted jalapeno and salsa. La Gitana catered our wedding rehearsal dinner at Triple S Ranch in Calistoga. I cannot say enough positive things about the service. Jose and his family were professional and affordable and provided high quality service and food for our 120 guests. I am still hearing about the delicious tacos that were served at our event!
