Mariscos El Nayarita — Restaurant in California

The worst place to savor a Mexican style shrimp and octopus coctel Camaron con pulpo) it seems like they have no idea of the essential ingredients/condiments or garnishes of that dish I went there with my wife a d my little girl I ordered 2 large shrimp coctel and a ceviche tostada,I was going to eat there but for personal reasons we decided to take it to go. After driving for 10 minutes to enjoy our food we started eating after the second scoop we quickly discovered that the order was wrong and the portions were half the amount and there was no octopus,no avocado or the other garnishes that go along with that dish what so ever. So we thought anything body can make a mistake and every body deserves a second chance to make it right, so I took the food back and told them that it was wrong that it was missing ingredients and condiments such as one of the main ingredients avocado I was told that they don't use that main ingredient in the shrimp coctel,we have eaten that same dish in dozens of restaurants and taquerias and we never have to ask for avocado or the other ingredients/condiments I showed them the resit for what I pay for they agreed to fix it. What happened after that totally piss me off they topped off the container with juice and put crumbs of octopus instead of peace's like any other place that serves this dish and they said that the avocado was at no charge this time. I opened the container and I saw the crumbs of octopus and two little tiny pieces of avocado flying on top of all the shrimp juice I told them that I wanted my money back after an hour and a half later and they refused because I already had taste the food. I highly encourage the workers and ownbers of this establishment to taste the same dish elsewhere for example mariscos las islitas in watsonville if they could manish to copy 50 percent of their recipe they could stop selling their mediocre dish. I tried this place for the third and final time. I waited in line to place a to-go order. The woman at the register took an order from the person in front of me then proceeded to take orders from tables. The people waiting in line behind me went ahead and gave an order to another woman that was going around the counter. After she took their order she went into the kitchen to run their order (I presume), then came out and walked over to service tables. 15 minutes passed from the time the person behind me ordered to the time another woman answered the phone. The phone which was right in front of me next to the register. I was not acknowledged, not even to say that someone would be right with me to help. The third woman took an order by phone then took off again! It was unbelievable! I must have been in there a total of 25 minutes without being helped AT ALL! I will not be returning here, nor will I be recommending this...

After 3 years later I went back today young blonde girl was super rude, told me to only speak to her in Spanish off the bat, one of the things I ordered was something I wanted to try out but she just made me feel uncomfortable, to just even order my food so I just asked her can she just put it to go she started to roll her eyes….
