A group of family and friends totaling more than 30 descended on Martha's for a Friday lunch. Orosi is one of the colorful small agricultural towns tucked way to the east from Dinuba.
I hadn't been to Martha's since they moved into their new larger building. Our group stressed the parking lot, but there was plenty of room.
Martha's served us buffet style in the reserved room. A great fresh green salad with radish & carrots along with refried beans and rice, chile verde and cheese enchiladas made for a hearty lunch. Soft drinks, iced tea, water and other drinks topped things off.
Martha's new place is a great setting for lunch or dinner - I'm not sure if they're open for breakfast. The restaurant had a good crowd in the main eating area, which also is a testament to her good dining value.

One of our vegetarian family members received huevos rancheros, which we have never had come with meat, presented with dog food looking pork on top of it - they gave him a not folded burrito completely without flavor instead. During our two hour wait we asked for service but were presented with ya voy "it's coming" - it took us two hours.
