This is part of a small chain and the only Japanese restaurant in town. It is in a Safeway/CVS plaza along with several other casual restaurants. Seating is very limited, maybe 24 max and staffing is such that a full house is a challenge. I have rarely dined on premise so that is just an observation. Take out is equal to or more than dine in and best to order ahead as 25 to 40 minute waits are common. Food is consistent and the Bento Box at $17.95 is quite good value. Their BentoBaku offerings are really good, And, I recommend the Tonkatsu Pork. The prices are surprisingly low.
