It is convenient being the last food place on the right hand side before you are heading out of town, going up north. I have stopped here a few times in the last few weeks. First time was midday and everything was perfect, from the food to the service. Second time was later in the evening, this visit was not a good one. Started off from ordering and having to hear the staff in back talking about partying, flirting with each other and doing stuff after work. The employee who was taking our order kept shooshing the people through the head set, as they pretty much were yelling. It was cute for about 5 seconds before I was very annoyed, as I had to repeat myself a few times when ordering because the girl was busy telling the people in back to shoosh. Everything about this trip it was very unprofessional and disappointing. The third trip here was another disappointment. This time it was the wait time and again we can hear everyone in the back, this was the longest wait I have had at any mcdonalds. We ordered our food we sat down and began to wait. There was only about 2 other people in the building they got there food and left and we ordered before them. Now 10 minutes have gone by and still we were waiting. I went to the front and they said we are waiting on fries, okay fair enough. But I can still hear everyone laughing and having a good time in back and I was still waiting. 10 more minutes go by and still we were waiting. A pizza delivery guy shows up to drop off a pizza to the staff and they were excited and I was about to ask for my money back. Because it was very unprofessional and a quick stop turned into over a 30 minute stop. And finally they called our number. If you can avoid this mcdonalds their are two of them in Los Banos, go to the one that doesn't have a gas...

Horrible service!!! Cashier Ariel does not have great customer service! Ariel need to be more train on customer service. Got my order but they give me the wrong happy meal toy so I went up to front to switch it out. I saw that ARIEL is typically busy taking order with other customers so I waited patiently but then after 1 minute, another customer stand right next to me also needed something as well. Ariel was suppose to be busy taking care of the customers order but eventually, she ignored me and asked the customer if he need help but she didn't even bother asking me if I need help. Plus on top of that, I told her I want the order for here, not TO GO!! And she made my order wrong as well! I don't know what's her problem but she need to open up her ears and listen carefully bc typically, this isn't the 1st time that i have experience bad service with her! It's like she's only helping her kind of people! Who ever the store manager and if you're reading this, you need to make this clear with ARIEL! Won't be coming here ever again as I also got lied about the toys that they only have just 1 specific toy and no other different one. I don't recommend this...
