I have never done a bad review so I am definitely not a “Karen” but last night i had the worst experience of getting fast food. we told the lady on the drive thru that we wanted TWO DOUBLE charmburgers and sweet potato fries, with a salad. the lady taking the order didn’t seem enthusiastic or cared about her job. we even heard that she said 2 double charmburgers when she repeated the order. after we opened the bag we noticed that we only had ONE SINGLE charmburger and NO SWEET POTATO FRIES ?? we spoke to the manager and he admitted that they FORGOT to our sweet potatoes fries in the bag but didn’t even say sorry he was basically just defending the lady who took the order. when they gave us our other charmburger it was a SINGLE PATTY. we had told them so many times we wanted TWO doubles. the LEAST he could have done was give us a discount or something for free but instead he charged us for TWO patties and only took one of the burgers for some reason ?? they told us to park on the curbside. we he came out he gave us a bag and swore everything was in there but didn’t apologize. When we checked the bag, the container had ONLY ONE PATTY ??! and the burger they had given us had ONE PATTY ASWELL!! So at this point we we’re basically so over it and we wanted to go just home. Read moreBad experience today, the worst customer service I had never experienced in my life. Apparently, cleaning and wiping tables is more important than the customers. I stand by register for more than ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The manager on duty went around the whole store cleaning, ignoring me. When she finally got to the counter across from the register, I asked her if there was anyone taking orders. She kept cleaning, and when she was done, she stood by the register and said to me, "I can take your order now, or you can use the kios." I looked at her and told her that it was very rude because she saw me standing when she started cleaning and let me wait a long time. She turned around and said, "I am not taking your order." She yielded at the workers in the kitchen and said," I am not taking her order. " A young woman came running and took my order finally. The rude lady with tattoos on her arms didn't have a name tag, and I asked for her name, but it was not given. Rude and disrespectful people like that should not be hired or be in charge in a restaurant. It sets a bad example, and it hurts the reputation of such a restaurant. The food is good but bad...

I ordered the chicken salad and it's always delicious but this time around it was not I found a fly in it and the way it was handled was not ok. I went through the drive thru so I didn't have to go inside since they have a lot of customers in there and I didn't want them to look bad. I showed the lady my salad and told her that there was a fly she got a manager and he asked if I wanted another salad of course i said no ( i almost threw up after finding the fly) and he said ok sorry about that have a good day. I stopped him before he closed the window on me and I asked for a refund he then went to get a different manager . She asked for my recipt and she said in a couple of days i should get my money back and sorry it happened and have a good day and i then asked for my receipt back they were not going to give it back to me loll this was 7 days ago I have not received my refund at all im not mad about that part but just the way it was handled and how shady it was i get it they can get in trouble for doing refunds but still I didn't pay for a fly in my salad .
