I recently started coming here because it’s in Earlimart! AWEFUL Service!!! Drive through takes forever. They don’t even say your total? or if I want something else ? They don’t even say what window to pay at ? Like is it the 1st ? Or 2nd? One time I waited forever on the first window!! And the girl was in the second window Not even telling me to go to the second window no hand signals nothing!! They don’t even say if you want sauce, or Ketchup!!! Like I don’t have to remind you it’s a given always put ketchup!! They are so rude!! And hate there jobs! Ohhh and let’s not forget why they have 2 drive through lanes if your only going to talk through 1? I waited 5 mins to get to Someone to talk to me! Went through after work at 8:50 p.m. lobby doors were locked, super disappointed because I was so tired from work and just wanted to sit inside in the A/C (it was 100°+ today) and eat and rest up before heading the rest of the way home. I was told Andrew was the closing manager this night, and I was also told by two employees that they close the lobby "around 9".

Read moreI have now visited this location 4-5 times and every time I have been there has been an issue of some kind. For starters it has to be the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. I understand it is in a small town with low traffic and low personnel but it doesn't excuse watching workers inside talking to each other while customers are lining up inside waiting. Today I attempted to use my McDonalds App to buy 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4 and the worker told me the scanner was broken. I then asked if they could accommodate me despite that and she replied, "no." Orders have been wrong and the food has been thrown together below even Mcadonalds regular standards.
