McDonald's — Restaurant in California

When we got there, there was only three of us and a kid in there. So they weren’t busy. After we got done ordering our food, we went to look for a place to sit. Almost everywhere I looked most of the tables and chairs had crumbs on them and thumb/fingerprints on the tables. We finally choose the table next to the window, to settle down and eat at, I had clean off the crumbs on the chair and wipe down the table. After I did all that and sat and waited for our food, my daughter spoke out load saying “uhhh GROSS!!! TWO DEAD FLIES!!!” I looked at the window there were two dead flies at one corner and at the other corner was a cobwebs with flies trapped in it. My husband decided to get up and move us to a different table. I thought that was it. No. I walked to get some water, and there were more dead flies at other Windows. I looked at the staff and most of the girls were just standing around and looking at customers. So if they have time to stand there for more than 1-2 minutes. They can come and at least clean up all those dead flies and clean those tables. If you can’t even have the decency to come and do your job correctly out in the dining area. Well I heard this was the worst mcdonald's so I wanted to see for myself if it was true. I went for breakfast and ordered a super easy non confusing meal. The number 2 with an orange juice. It's the sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal. The girl that was taking orders seemed a bit confused and when I pulled up to the window to pay she just starred at me. I'm like um hello not a response. Lack of social skills didn't say one word and pulled out the card reader. I did the transaction she put in back her window didn't say one word to me I'm like am I good ? She just nods. I wouldn't put her in the ordering window maybe preparing the food would be more beneficial? Cause let me tell you about my food my hashbrown was cold undercooked and my sausage mcmuffin I swear was made two days ago. The cheese was non existent and the sausage was beef jerky and the bread was a cracker. Took one bite and threw it away the only thing good was my o.j. This McDonald's is convenient for those that live on Base, work, or have to conduct business at NAS Lemoore, that reason alone 5/5! However, the service here is 2/5. Most of the time that I've visited the service was so poor and the workers don't greet you or they look upset, a few times I've had the workers seem welcoming and appear to be in a good mood. As a former Fastfood worker, FF fatigue is real and I get it, but the uninviting energy seems to be consistent and almost across the board with the crew. There always seems to be something wrong with my food. The last time I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard, couldn't even eat it and i had already arrived home before I could bite into the sandwich. The bad service attitude seems to be somewhat common around this base between the NEX, Panda Express, the Comissary, Starbucks...are service members and their families really that...
