The oven is not hot enough. They refused to turn the oven up hot enough to crisp the dough or cheese.

The vegetables such as mushrooms olives never become fully cooked so it's like eating a salad fresh salad on top of your pizza. The cheese never really totally melts and it's never crispy and all the toppings fall off the pizza instantly.

The pizza dough is very doughy and wet like it's not cooked enough. And it's always like that.

I end up throwing most the pizza away

I have asked them every time at least five times to crisp my pizza up and it always comes out soggy I don't know what's wrong with them they just can't figure it out

Every time I ask them to cook my pizza longer it still comes out not crispy not really fully cooked and it's just not very good it's like a DiGiorno pizza that you didn't cook all the way.

I don't know where the owner is but he should be shocked to know how cold that oven is.

You cannot order a pizza here crispy they will not do it they cannot do it the oven just won't get hot enough

Sadly they are in my neighborhood, I would eat there every day with friends and family spend probably $100 a week there if they had good pizza and they could turn the oven up.

They are losing a lot of money to locals, anyone who buys that pizza is not going to go back and never craving a pizza from this place that's for sure. Maybe Atascadero State Hospital might have some people...

Called to order food for my roommate and myself not 5minutes ago. I’m sick, bed ridden for the past 5 days, and just want a hot meal that ISNT broth. I was on hold for 8min with no pickup so I called again. Andy (I think was the name) picks up and wants to know what I want. I told him other than not being left on hold for 8min on the other line I’d like to order a pizza. Andy tells me “oh, sometimes we forget people are on hold so they just hang up and call back”....!?!? I couldn’t do it people, I couldn’t do it.... I said ‘oh, you forget your customers want your services and are willing to pay for them...?’ The last time we tried to order from this twilight zone vortex of incompetence, we waited two hours for our pizza, and when I called to see what the hell was going on, they said “oh, we meant to call you but forgot”..... The pizza is good but the service is lacking. We order some pizza for delivery for our hungry kids. They said it would be over an hour so we waited. About an hour and a half they called and said they forgot to make our order and asked if we still want it. When we asked they said it would still take over an hour to get our pizza because they are busy. They couldn't seem to understand that I should have been a top priority and not just someone that just called. We cancelled the order. Super disspointing since they are they only ones that deliver to us and we are less than 10mins from them. They got 3 stars since they ended up giving me a free pizza for my troubles after calling back later to complain and it was pretty good. I havn't ordered from them...
