Ralibertos — Restaurant in California

Love eating at Ralibertos. Heard this was under new ownership and thought it would be a good thing like more fresh to impress new customers. What I didn’t realize that it meant new recipes with a trusted name. This mislead me, my daughter and wife to have rice and beans in ALL the burritos as beings the burritos that we are used to from the ORIGINAL Ralibertos didn’t have rice and beans at all. And when calling in to question about the items, they seemed unapologetic and seemed more sarcastic than anything. Was even told that it explains on the menu board. The menu board was not lit up to be seen so I had to drive up so this wouldn’t allow me to have seen if I wanted to order something different, however it probably would have still had rice and beans in anything I ordered. Of all the locations of this chain, this was the worst food and experience of all of them. Order to go, but they didn't offer salsas, or point to a salsa bar. Nacho chips taste like generic restaurant supply premade chips, and they all got mushy from moisture. Not sure if they all changed to this type, or just this location.
