Their locations are sprinkled throughout the Pacific Northwest in the shape and form of small "Drive-Thru" style coffee huts that also seem to be a popular theme in the area. The Employees always look and act overworked. I have come at night, day and morning. All 3 times my orders were messed up and not refunded or fixed when asked. My husband has gone as well since it it closer to us and has had similar experiences. The same with many others I know. It always smells of pot and cigarettes as well. I do not recommend and as of our last experience, we rather drive to the one by grocery outlet or the one all the way on the other side of town! Dutch Brothers specializes in sweet drinks like flavored lattes, actually they serve only coffee breve. Which means half-and-half instead of milk.
