Sidewinders Bar & Grill — Restaurant in California

We go to this restaurant once a week, usually I get the special which is the strip loin steak and my husband gets the burger, today we went again and I asked for the special and got told that’s no longer available so I ordered the prime rib and it was so disappointing, meat was not even hot nor the asparagus, au just as totally bland , so when we paid our bill asked a different waitress and she told us that the people or person who delivers the strip loin steak didn’t deliver this time, so not sure what the deal is but will not order the prime rib again, my husbands burger which is normally huge was small compared to other times, will call ahead next time to see if the...

Our family took my mom to dinner here yesterday. We all sat and listened to her and my dad order. When their meals came it was not what they ordered. They were prepared to go ahead and just eat the meal instead of what was ordered. However, when a member of our party mentioned to the waiter that it was not what they ordered and my parents confirmed, the waiter sat and argued that our entire table was wrong and they did order what they were served.
