Sourdough Bread Company — Restaurant in California

Everything was going well until I got home with my online order. My pepper turkey sandwich had no pepper turkey and only lettuce, onions, cheese and spread. After calling about the mix up the nice young man said he had no issue remaking it so I head back to pick it up. After waiting for 5 to 10 minutes a non english speaking gentleman hands me a cell phone out of nowhere and the manager was on the line. She immediately had an horrible attitude and proceeded to tell me that the mix up was not theirs and would not correct it. I said that I was told it would be fixed, drove all the way back and now just to be told they will not correct it. I would have even paid the difference if they just added turkey... but no, that wouldn't happen either. Not long ago, we gave TIPS 'to insure proper service', which was common place. Now, since minimum wage has increased and thus raised the cost of our dining experience, We no longer TIP. It's no longer necessary as the businesses are paying them now a guaranteed wage and tip. So, we go to thus particular Sourdough Bread, and something completely unexpected happened. At this location, we selected 'no tip' when we rang up. The woman looked at our response and called us out on not tipping. Thus is very poor business. I will be taking this up with the headquarters of this franchise and let them no of this situation occurring at this location. I hope they completely change there treatment of paying customers quickly. If not, we will go to the much cuter place by Purple Place. They are very friendly and...

1 star for the fact that after placing order (wonderful cashier who was extremely helpful)- I waited near 30 mins for my food. Why? Because not a single employee acknowledged the fact that a customer is standing next to the “pick up” area & bothering asking me what order I’m waiting for.

Customers who came after me also received order but yet mine sat on the counter.

They also added carrots to my wife order even tho we asked for no carrots due to allergies. Waste of money & even a bigger...
