Speedy Taco Truck #2 — Restaurant in California

One of the best taco trucks EVER. Always great, always cheap, always speedy! Much better than their other truck in Eureka. Great people run this place, and it shows in their food. Everything I've tried on the menu so far was top-notch & authentic - I lived in SoCal and regularly traveled to Tijuana, I know authentic Mexican cuisine, and this is it. You won't find better anywhere in the county.

(All their meat choices are excellent, but the shredded chicken is the best I've ever had.)

EDIT: I have introduced dozens of people from Macktown & Trinidad to this truck since I listed them on Gmaps, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM agree that there is no better taco truck within 100+ miles of here. Take note, aficionados... If you want real, authentic Mex food, THIS...

The word speedy doesn't fully capture how quickly this group of guys prepared our food. We ordered a steak burrito and a chicken quesadilla and waited under 5 minutes. And the food was ABSOLUTELY FIRE. I've had many burritos before but there was something so refreshing about this one. I still can't figure out exactly what that is, but maybe it was the hunger that disappeared after slowly building over our 5 hour drive through Oregon down to here with still another 2 hours to go. Maybe it was the perfect blend of steak, beans, and cheese. Additionally, this was the first meal in a long time where the price felt right. Overall, I would eat here again...

The most amazing Mexican food in all of humboldt county. Fresh ingredients, savory meats, warm & delicious tortillas! Service is always so quick and friendly, not to mention the prices are unbelievably cheap for the amount of food given. I’ve never had a bad experience or trouble with my order.
