I like the interior design of the store. The store has a lot of open space and I like the minimalist look. However, the placement of their menus on the wall made it difficult to read. A couple menus are directly across from the counter and then there are a couple on a side wall. They almost form an L shape.
I was not impressed by this store's customer service. The store appears to have more employees than most starbucks but we stood around for some time before anyone greeted us or took our order and my family was the only customer in the store. Employees were busy chatting with each other about their plans for the day and the upcoming holidays as they were attending to drive thru customers.
My teens loved their toasted white mochas. I did not like the mango dragonfruit refresher. I think the employee must have added too much syrup as the drink did not taste as light/refreshing as other stores make it. It was thicker and incredibly sweet.
