Subway — Restaurant in California

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this store was unorganized and lacked professionalism. One of the workers, a male, was openly complaining about having to come in early, while another employee, a lady, started complaining about the placement of the soup lids. To top it off, they were out of meatballs and Italian Herbs and Cheese bread—two staples I’d expect at any Subway.

I showed the female employee a coupon before placing my order, and she said it was okay to use it. After the male employee (the one complaining) made my sandwich, Yesenia rang me up. When I presented the coupon, she abruptly said they don't accept it because the location is independently owned. I explained that most Subways are independently owned and reiterated that I had shown the coupon beforehand. Instead of addressing the issue, Yesenia rudely dismissed me and said she didn’t have time to adjust the price when I asked if they could make me a smaller, less expensive turkey sandwich.

At that point, I was starving and felt forced to pay full price for the sandwich. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Between the staff's rude attitudes, lack of communication, and poor inventory management, I was thoroughly disappointed. I will not be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend...

I was part of a church youth group of 160 people and we needed a stop that was halfway between Coloma and our hometown. We were able to order 160 sandwiches in advance from Paul. We didn't know what to expect and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile by Brandi who told us that Paul threw in free cookies for everyone. She and one of her associates helped us take all of the food to the outside seating area (she insisted on doing this because the boxes were so heavy). When we opened the boxes we found everything that we needed, napkins, mayo and mustard packets, and trash bags. I am so grateful for the courteous attention that we received from Brandi and the quality food with which we were provided. This will definitely be a road trip stop for me individually and our youth group...

We stop to eat at subway from our trip from Disney. This was the most disgusting place. The guy preparing the food has no sense about hygiene. He didn’t wash his hands after handling money from the previous purchase. To add, while handling our sandwiches. He was constantly touching his hat and touching other surfaces and touching the vegetables he was putting on our sandwiches. He was also sweating a lot. I am not sure if some of his sweat drops felt on top of our sandwiches. I bought the food but I immediately threw them in the trash. Please address this issue is not fair for...
