We walked in around 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon there were 2 people ahead of us whose sandwiches were being made and only one employee, when she finished with them I walked up to order and she said she had someone waiting for their online order and she needed to do that. I graciously stepped back because we weren’t in a huge hurry and she looked stressed and like she should not have been working alone. Once she finished the online order she came over to us and said “I have another online order but I guess I can start yours” which kinda irked me as by this point I had been standing there for over 20 minutes. She started my sandwich and then asked my husband what he wanted and he had ordered a wrap she mumbled something about flatbread and continued to make my sandwich. Once she was done with mine she began ringing me up and I told her that we were paying together she then said something about flatbread again and went into the back, came out with flatbread & asked my husband again what he wanted. He asked for the honey mustard wrap which comes with rotisserie chicken and she started making a chicken salad wrap instead my husband decided he didn’t care he was just irritated so he didn’t say anything.
All in all in took us over 30 minutes to get our food, my husbands food was wrong, the employee barely spoke English it was very hard to understand or hear her because she was so soft spoken.
She should not have been working alone. One employee at a subway is unacceptable. My sandwich was fine, my husband ended up eating his but it’s still not what he ordered. Thoroughly disappointed in...
Read moreI drive up to the drive thru speaker and begin to place my order. I quickly realize that their intercom system was working inadequately. It made it hard for the employee to hear me give her my order. She then asked for me to turn off my vehicle engine so I can repeat the order to her. I thought it was very unprofessional as I have never been asked to turn off my car to place an order at any fast food drive through. Anyhow, after I finished placing my order and drive up to the window, I noticed one of the female employees working the drive thru window seemed pretty annoyed and stressed out. Thankfully, whatever was going on with her she didn't take it out on me. I think when employees knowingly work too hard for little pay and may have a tendency to snap at customers it's come time for them to find better employment where they will be happy. Does no good to work somewhere where you will feel miserable all the time. It's unfair to the restauraunt, the customers and employees working in that establishment. Also, the Subway company seriously needs to replace their old & shoddy intercom system. Other than that, I received my food the way I ordered and didn't have to wait too...
Read moreMy husband and I went through the drive thru about 15 or so minutes before they had closed tonight. Our receipt says that the gals name is Genesis... She was awful. She had a horrible attitude. We got to the speaker and she said the whole "welcome to subway how many sandwiches will we be making for you?"
I replied and said "2 sandwiches, but we don't know what we would like yet."
She then said "okay" Not knowing that her mic was still on she then said "F*ing Teenagers!"
We ordered our sandwiches and she still had a horrible attitude. We get up to the window, and we wait... And wait.. Finally she comes to the window and says, "Uh yeah, sorry what did you guys order again??" We tell her and she says, "Oh okay, oh I need your card too."
I hand her the card and she came back about 5 minutes later...
Never have I ever been so disgusted with a restaurant workers behavior... Needless to say, I won't...
