Taqueria Michoacan — Restaurant in California

I ate at this location and was charged twice for my order, once on my card and then I also paid in cash. Basically, I ran my card, and the lady told me the machine was not working properly, so then I paid in cash. When I looked at my bank statement a few days later I realized they charged my card as well. I've contacted the person that ran my card and told me she would have her manager call me back, but they didn't call me back so I called them back. The same lady that helped me answered the phone and said I would need to bring a bank statement for a reimbursement... Are you kidding me? They charge me twice and want me to bring a bank statement? Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I told the lady to have her manager call me promptly and reimburse me or I'd report them to the BBB. I'm giving them two days to call or reimburse me or I'm definitely reporting them. The food was very mediocre, and not worth...

Nice average place, with parking space front and back, wheelchair accessible(van). Not heavily busy in the mornings (9am). Interior of dining area is being worked on to look better, there's no entertainment while dinning at the moment, does have AC for summer heat. Tables and booths are in good condition (some seating outside), bathroom door blocked off at the moment. Food is pretty good for the area, you'll enjoy their Agua Frescas (they make really good Horchata guys! No lie!). I would've given them a 4, but it's a 3.5 for now, do to work being done on it. I'm sure they'll get better as time goes by, definitely coming back to eat, and hope to give them a better rating the next time around. Oh and make sure they don't use the same ladle for all their soups! The food and drinks may be real good, but not everyone likes chicken tasting like...

Worst place i’ve been to!! “Enchiladas michoacanas” ZERO!!!!!!! They just heat the tortillas with the sauce. It wasn’t fried. The chicken was just boiled! Not fried like it should. Im from Michoacán and i know what enchiladas michoacanas look like and this were not it!!!!! By the way the chicken they use was just a wing on each order.🤦🏾‍♀️ 1 piece of potato. i spend over $100 for garbage food basically!! Then they get upset cuz i asked for my receipt.!!!! Never again! Lesson learned!!!! I still don’t understand the 4star review if the food is trash apart from that customer service was the worst.!!! Bunch of flies everywhere too!!! On top of that the lady taking my order rubbing her nose...
