Paradise Laundry — Local services in Modesto

I absolutely love coming to Paradise Laundry since the new owners took over! The place is spotless, the machines are modern and work great, and the whole atmosphere is so much better than before. The free dryers are a huge plus, and everything runs smoothly. You can tell the new owners really put in the work to make this place successful, and it shows!

I also want to take a moment to recognize Melissa. She is hands down the heart of this place! She goes above and beyond to help customers, always with a smile, and makes sure everyone has a good experience. It’s rare to find employees who truly care, but she does. She treats this place like it’s her own, and that says a lot. If the owners see this—just know she is an amazing worker, and y’all are lucky to have her! She deserves all the appreciation. Melissa, if you see this, just know people notice how great you are, and I hope you feel proud of the difference you make here!

I give 5 stars to this laundromats. An extremely kind woman named Monica greeted me over the phone to let me know they do wash,dry, and fold. Offered to come in on her day off which I declined because that’s her personal day to relax. Fast forward a bit and I drop off all my dirty uniforms, and they were done the next day when I got up. Again, Monica greeted me with a smile and my clothes spotless, folded up neatly ready to go in a bag. Kindness like this is something that is fading away. So to Monica and Paradise Laundry, I’d like to say thank you. I hope business is booming, and whenever I’m in that area again I’ll definitely be coming back just based off your hospitality. 5 stars, I’d recommend this to anyone who’s in town working 12hrs a day like I do and doesn’t have time to do their own laundry. In the end she even offered to pick them up from my hotel and drop them back off. I cannot thank you enough.

They have bags and bags of customers clothes. But if you notice your missing laundry. They refuse to let you look. Its been going on so long. Its absolutely done on purpose. Asley worked yesterday. When i arrived at 8:50 am. I had to park in front of the pizza place because some people were out front with both car doors open smoking weed. Taking up 3 spots. When i came back out.
