Thai House — Restaurant in California

We went there shortly after it opened and were very excited to have a Thai restaurant near home. We ordered Tom Kha Ghai soup (coconut soup with chicken, lemongrass and vegies), which is our favorite Thai food, and which we always order in any Thai restaurant we go to for many years. There are slight variations on how it is cooked, so we were curious. Well, this was by far the worst soup we have ever had anywhere. It was not edible, and clearly whomever made that soup had no idea what they were doing. It was saturated with huge chunks of half cooked onions which we never seen in that soup, not even sure on the liquid and where it came from, overall it was disgusting and tasted aweful, so we obviously could not eat it. Even though we did not eat it, no one had asked us why or if we liked it, simply picked up the full plates and collected money, so there goes customer service. We have not tried anything else, and frankly have no desire to do so after our experience. Very...

I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars! My family and I were visiting from out of town... And we are always on the lookout for good Thai food.

We came upon this restaurant in a search, and decided to have lunch here after a morning rafting excursion.

We sat outside on a patio with a pretty view of the town, and were greeted and served by the owner himself, a gentleman on every level. He was attentive and interested in our children, and happily arranged a special meal for my daughters ( who just don't eat much).

My husband had the green curry special, and I had the red curry special. Oh my goodness, both were SO delicious. The flavor was fresh and I could tell the ingredients were, too.

One of the area's greatest Thai restaurants! I placed a pick-up order and tasted the tom yum soup, pineapple fried rice, Dunkin' noodles, and pad Thai. The wait time was minimal, and the online purchasing process was simple to use. The personnel in the restaurant was friendly, and I picked up the order there. When I picked it up, the meal was hot and in good condition. Everything was tasty and well-seasoned in terms of taste. They are neither excessively sweet or salty, which I love.
