I travel around the local area and try out as many breakfast places as I can. Always order the same thing and have finally found one that is better then the rest. In the Shasta County area there are numerous good breakfast places, so saying "better then the rest" has a lot of value. I always order a breakfast sandwich with bacon/egg/cheese on sourdough. The bacon wasn't chewy, egg was cooked and cheese was melted. The bread was toasted but not so full of butter that you can't also play on your cell phone while eating. Customer service sucks here every time I place an order togo they say 20 minuets I get there 5 minuets after and I’m waiting another 10-15 minuets.... Bad waitress with a mouthy cook was rude food was bland. The only thing good was the bacon. Pancake was tastles rubbery and butter tasted old like it was refrigerated with mold.
