Food quality is good but I had to share this pretty disappointing experience regarding service and wait time. I went in on a Friday at 3.30 pm and there were about only 2 or 3 group of people at that time. I asked how much time it would take for biryani and she said 15 minutes, I had to go some where else, so I just ordered chai and egg puff. For these two items I waited a total of 10-15 minutes:( and she just had to pour the chai in a cup (it’s already prepared) and warm the egg puff for a minute if needed, right? And even after the items were just lying there, until I ask she is not giving it to me. When I was frustrated and asked why I need to wait that long, her reason was she had to serve the other orders first. May be they ordered earlier than me, but for ex: if there are 2 biryani orders and 2 boba tea orders before me, that means I have to wait one hour for a cup of chai??? Isn’t it common sense to deliver some thing which is already prepared and then prepare/deliver the other items?? May be customers don’t go here for chai, only for boba tea?? My first and last experience here. Thank you for your wait time and logic...

Outstanding Service by Monica and Brooklyn at T Hub

I had the pleasure of visiting T Hub this evening with my 10-year-old daughter, and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to Monica and Brooklyn, who were working the evening shift.

The moment we walked in, both girls were incredibly welcoming—especially how they engaged with my daughter while taking our order. They made her feel confident and special, which meant a lot to us.

Our drinks were prepared quickly, but what truly stood out was how they handled an unexpected situation with kindness and professionalism. My daughter accidentally dropped her drink, and without hesitation, Monica and Brooklyn offered to replace it. They spoke to her so gently and empathetically, saying, “We’re sorry that happened,” which turned her disappointment into a smile.

Because of their warm attitude and genuine care, my daughter left T - hub. Thank you, Monica and Brooklyn you made...

Updated: Since I am the registered customer, owner reached out to help fix my experience and informed that there’s an option to make a customization while ordering. I loved their Paneer Biryani and I am glad that it still exists for me, the next time I visit them! Out of generosity, he offered a paneer biryani on my account and whether I claim it or not, they deserve a 5-star for their concern and service! I am keeping the one star as they should add a foot-note to the Biryani item on the menu about the available customization to help with the better understanding and save the churn. (Substantially degraded the quality of Paneer Biryani. It used to be a Paneer Biryani but now, at the same price, they have started calling it Paneer Vegetable Biryani. Which is dominated by the hefty potatoes leading the entire biryani with a few thin paneer slices in a side-role. Now, they should call it Potato...
