Yoshinoya Slauson & Holmes — Restaurant in California

The Yoshinoya location on Slauson and Holmes in Los Angeles C.A there food was delicious The young man and lady today have great great customer service I belive the guy name was Efrain that took our order very polite plate look very neat veggie were awesome just right . I wish they stay open longer thats a very busy area alot warehouse open At night we only have burger location to go at night Yoshinoya at dinner time would be the best I did this post to let Yoshinoya know that that have good people at this location. I have walk out other Yoshinoya just because there customer service is not the buisness like the one by USC they make you waite do long. I ordered from here yesterday. The person who took my order asked if we had brown rice. The Hispanic older lady quickly said YES without even checking. When I got home, I had white rice covered in Teriyaki sauce and the 2nd plate was WHITE rice. I can not have white rice because of a medical condition. After eating what I thought was brown rice I quickly got sick. Like, I know these folks didn't serve me what they wanted me to have after ordering specifically what I asked for, JUST because they ran out. This is NOT cool. I will be taking my food back today. If they said they didn't have any brown rice, I would've ordered different. But to give me something I didn't ask for JUST to make another dollar is WRONG. QUIT PLAYING with...

Had to delete a previous bad review where I was given, not an XL portion on my plates. But anyway, the last 3 times I've been here, not only was I given the proper portion on the XL plates I paid for, but the staff was super friendly and professional.

Rosario is amazing, very friendly and anytime I ask for example like green pepper or anything else she goes out of her way to do it. Unlike other places where you get treated like you're asking for free things.
