Milano Pizza Callery — Restaurant in Callery

Apparently it’s the customers fault when your square pizza is smashed and cheese is stuck to the top of the box. I picked up my order and lid was open. Who knows how long it was before I got there to pick it up. Pizza was cold by the time I got it home 2 miles away. I asked why the box was open and was told the pizza doesn’t fit in the box. (So get a bigger box!) To which I said that explains why once before the cheese was smashed to the box with out a “pizza table”. The worker then told me it was because “it’s people like me who smash the box” ok. I won’t come back, his only response… Okay. Great customer service! I could go on and on. Won’t...

I placed an order at 5:40 PM for delivery 6:14-6:29 and was quickly sent a text saying they were busy and my order would deliver by 645. I called to follow up at 6:55 because the app showed no movement and I hadn’t heard anything, I was told my food was leaving within five minutes.

I still hadn’t heard anything and called again at 7:10 and heard the person on the phone yell my name out and was told I would receive my order very shortly. I did receive my order within 10 minutes and it was so cold. It’s a shame because the food was good and would’ve been really good if it was hot, but I will never...

Just got my delivery order. First time ordering here. Was hoping for good food considering all the good reviews. Not the case. All the food was luke warm which I can forgive. I know it happens with delivery. But I ordered a white pizza plus breadsticks. I got 2 orders of breadsticks instead and no white pizza. Got bacon cheese fries. The bacon is raw. Like barely cooked. Got a XL pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. Theres barely even a normal amount of cheese on it let alone EXTRA that I paid for. I see more marinara sauce than anything. And its half cooked.
