I want to love it but I don't. I have tried different items all of which have left me unhappy. I asked for a Chai latte blended. I was told they don't make them blended only hot or iced. So I accepted an iced. I thought I was drinking Chalk. Picture of the Chai. I tried a blended caramel Frappuccino. Was not happy the first time so i tried it again to give it another chance. It tasted like a cup of coffee blended with ice. No caramel, not sweet, very disappointing. The kids DO enjoy their smoothies which is what we will stick to from now on. The service is amazing..Drive thru or delivery, im always met with a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing these awesome ladies every day. They know my order when even I need to double check the menu to remember what I get. Switching back and forth from the app and punch cards is a really neat trick to scam people out of their free drinks.
