Well you most defiantly lost a couple of customers tonight. My husband went inside to order our dinner. Again, we were given the wrong food. I have been given the wrong order so many times at the Camargo location I can't even count. Sometimes I go ahead and eat what I have been given. Well tonight I really wanted a Beef and Cheddar When my husband got home and we opened up our food again we were not given what we ordered. The receipt said a med. roast beef. even though we wanted a med beef and cheddar so apparently the order taker punched in the wrong sandwiches When my husband talked to the new general manager there at 6:00 it was heated discussion. She refused to fix us what we had ordered because of what the receipt said. She threw away the sandwiches in the trash can we returned. And told the staff not to fix the beef and cheddar. She also said she was sick and tired of you customers coming in and complaining about getting the wrong food. My husband said that should tell you something. We have spent a lot of money at this store but no more. The general manager told my husband she don't care if we ever come back. Being this store is so slow I now understand why. You can't get the food you want and pay for. If there is a problem, your management has no ideal how to handle it and chases off your customers. Now I ask you if this happens on a daily bases how long will this store be open? Don't worry we will never spend another penny at this or any other Arby's. I use to be a manager at Arby's in Lexington in 1998 I would never thought of treating my customers in this manner. You may want to rethink...
Read moreThis makes my 3rd. Time going there... Everytime I go there it's always something.. 1st. Time i waited FOREVER..AND my order was wrong 2nd. Time they had me pull up to the wait line ..I had ORDERED a cherry turnover n they said that none were ready would be about 20 min.... but they could give me an apple. So okay. !!! But then I pulled up to wait it was about 25.. more min. When they come they were like oh sorry we were waiting for your fries to get done.. hell i could have had the cherry turn over.... forgot my sauce so I had them go back in for some. Bla bla.. 3rd. N last time.. placed my order. Went to the window corse they wanted the money asap..I had ordered a diet coke.. got a reg. One.. then once again I was ask to pull up had sat at the window for 10 min. Then sat another 9 min. Read moreArbys in Camargo is not the arbys that you want to visit. The management there stinks and they are more concerned with talking about people then doing their job. I myself have seen several of employees including managment say how much they hated being there. You can tell by the quality of the food and the long waits we had to endure. There is no wonder they are never that busy. Try smiling and being professional. The owner may want consider making some major changes if they want to make any money. You are losing good employees not because of the pay but how they are treated. I will not be returning to this...
