Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Camas

I went this morning spent over 50$ buying coffee and milkshake for my family who came from a place without Dutch bros after bragging how much they would love it . Got home and the milkshake was a frost not even tasting close to a milkshake n one of my drinks had the flavor missing so it tasted horrible. So drove over 1 hr round trip to get the two drinks remade and the manager was flat out rude !!!!! She made my family who was with me in the vehicle feel uncomfortable also and embarrassed me with her rude attitude. You made the mistakes not me why should I need to feel like a inconvenience u had no problem when I spent the money but to get what I bought in the correct way was a huge issue I go 3 x a day to get my coffee from my local Dutch bros in kelso n they are amazing to bad this Dutch bros didn’t live up to the family name it has !!!! I will never visit this stand again such a shame one person can make someone who spends the money I do everyday supporting Dutch bros not go back to that stand !!!!! I hope she changes who she is with her attitude or I feel sorry for the next persons order that gets...

Wellll... Dutch Bros WaS my favorite place to get my white coffee buzz from... but for some reason this location just cant seem to get a white coffee right to save their lives! Lol! I used to be a barista for many years and a little known barista secret.... USUALLY when ordering an iced white chocolate coffee, the Americano with cream is exactly the same as the 'mocha', it just costs a dollar or so more because basically with an iced drink you dont add water, you just use ice, coffee and then the cream. However for some reason at this location.... they add water to it... and Barely any cream so it just tastes terrible! The final straw was when I ordered the 32oz I tasted it and it was SOUR... absolutely disgusting... when I went to take it back she was like, "well yeah white coffee tastes funky" 😑 I started ordering regular coffee for a bit... then a cpl weeks later... I tried again just ordering the 911 mocha with white coffee... supposedly having 6 shots in it. I COULDNT STAY AWAKE! So loooonnnng story short... Stay Away From The White Coffee at this...

I wanted to give a huge shout out, to two employees that prepared my drink today! Gus and Maggie they also go by "goose and moose" When I came in at 6:30am I was not having a good day as I had 3 hours of sleep. My mom had messaged me saying she was being admitted into the ER she almost didnt make it two months ago. With nursing school 2 kids 2 full time jobs I was at my wits end this morning and not having a good day as I was heading to the hospital. The level of customer service was heartwarming and outstanding they prayed with me at the drive through and were genuinely kind. Ive met Gus a few separate times and was shocked he remembered me since I have been so busy I dont go as much as i would like. he asked how I was doing which lead me to my spew above! I cannot express how happy I was and how much that little interaction from Maggie and Gus made a difference in my day! They truly deserve a reward of some kind. This dutch bros location has good...
