What a find. I went there today, met with Hawk and bought a reasonable sample of the various smoked meats. The jerky is awesome. Not salty, tough, or dried up. The jerky is thick with the flavor of the smoke in it. The Stonejax jerky is great. Nice seasoning without a lot of salt. They sell the seasoning there, going back tomorrow to buy a bottle to use as a rub on my smoker. The Lanjaeger sausage is perfect. Great flavor and perfect seasoning. It’s all meat. Not greasy or big chunks of fat. The beef stick impressed me. You taste the flavor of the meat, nicely seasoned. I got some of the German sausage and smoked cheese. Custom woodwork and a owner that values the basic human right to be armed. Warm and welcoming to all. The Hawaiian jerky with pine apple bits was my favorite. A good plus is beer on tap. The owner said he was planning to get more American made knives in. And i would like to see some bushcrafting tools also. Looking forward to...
