I like eating here because is has one of the nicest outdoor eating areas so far at all the Marinas I've been to in this area. My dining experience has been hit or miss in the two years I've been here but today had me really beside myself. First off when we went to the front to be seated, we were told that we needed to come back to the front to order our food because they were still training staff and they wanted to"adequately train their staff." Well... This was a dumpster fire of an experience. We went to the front to order. My husband read my text message of what I wanted to the lady while I stayed behind to watch our stuff. My order was water with lemon (did not receive lemon), cheeseburger no pink in the middle (it came way undercooked) fries with ranch (that came as ordered) and a Coors lite (my husband had to go back and ask for the beer because it wasn't with my water). The front desk lady came out with mine and my husbands food at a reasonable time after first coming out with other peoples food. i assumed my son and his GF would be out soon so I started to eat. No ketchup or mustard was brought or offered for my burger. My husband decided to wait until the rest of the food came to eat. We had to ask 3 times for the rest of the food. After about 30 or so minutes the other food came. My husbands food was cold at that time but he ate his cold chicken sandwich. Him and my son both ordered grilled but received fried because they were out of grilled (would have been nice to know when they ordered). The fries came out cold so I went to the front for a box to feed the fries to my chicken. When I got to the front all 4 woman working were sitting at a table talking. Now, keep in mind not once was anything pre bussed from our table including the trays that the orders came out in. There was two meals per tray and the lady left the trays at the table. These ladies had time to talk but not check back to see if we needed anything or remove stuff from the table. And to top it all off, we had to pay when we ordered our food which ment the tip came before the service so I guess it's fair to say that they didn't need to provide good service to get a good tip because they already got it. If this is their idea of "adequately" training their staff than we will go to Beaver Damn because they have great service, great food, dinks, and entertainment. This was definitely in the top 3 worst service experience I've had at a restaurant mainly because the service...

My wife has been with Pebble Isle since 2015. Her sister has been there longer and they have both worked together since my wife joined the marina. She has always been complimented on her hard work, attendance, and excellent customer service to the customers. They decided to hire a new manager this year(Vanessa) and judging by the reviews left on here over the past week, hasn't been doing a very well or professional job. She fired my wife today after getting these reviews and told her that the reason was that "Family working together doesn't work well" and because she always seems to have an attitude at work because of how she looks. According to those reviews, she's the one needing the attitude fix. I find it odd that my wife and her sister have been with this place since 2015 and worked together well for over 5 years and both always got complimented and loved by customers over their service, but now it "doesn't work well" when she's the one getting these bad reviews for her business. I hope the owners soon realize the mistake that was made and how poorly managed, this situation truly was. She didn't just scapegoat a waitress. She scapegoated a mom, who was trying to help support her family during these times and she thought it was a job to be played with and thrown away. It truly speaks to the kind of person that is managing this place and brings to light these reviews that have been placed on her this past week. Sounds to me like they fired the wrong...

We've been regular customers for the last few years and had even hoped they would open up more days than just Fri - Sun but our visit on Labor day changed all of that. It was also our anniversary so we decided to go as it is one of our local favorites. We naturally had to wait as they were very short staffed, which we didn't mind and we understand the hiring issues everyone is experiencing. The issue was the food.... the shrimp and clams were over cooked and tough. The hush puppies were dark brown with a burnt look yet were not done on the inside. The white beans were mostly soup and cold. The baked potato would barely melt the butter, and there was no mayonnaise Cole slaw available. We saw no point in complaining as it took 45 minutes to get our food and we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes so we toughed it out and ate what we could as it would have been after closing time. I will not say I'll never go back but I will say it won't be until they advertise their issues have...

Keep up the great work. Your service, food and drinks were awesome. Merisa was the best. I can't say enough about how wonderful this restaurant was. Great Food and Great Prices and the best service are what we all need these days and this place has it all. There were 5 of us ladies. Being honest, we can be hard to please but this place pleased us all. We loved feeding the turtles after supper. Quality and quantity WOW!

I couldn’t wait to leave a review that still sitting at my table! The food was INCREDIBLE! It was seasoned great and it was fresh. Everything was nice and hot and the fried pickles and ranch were the best by far that I’ve had at a restaurant. I wish this place was open more. The price was super fair for the amount of food you get. We can’t wait to come back!
