The customer service here is really bad, and the food is always thrown together (rushed and sloppy looking). There have been several occasions where I have been stuck at the drive thru mic for five minutes or more (no exaggeration) with no response from an employee despite making attempts to call them. I almost pulled off once. Whenever you reach the window, you can see how and why it took the workers so long to reach you and your order. The employees are laughing and talking about their activities off shift. My family went through drive through last night and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. 1 order was for a bacon burger and she said "Ma'am we ain't got bacon! Now what do you want to order?" Next we ordered a blizzard on the menu "We don't have those now what do you want to drink?!" Didn't even ask if there was a different one we wanted. I’ve eaten at several Dairy Queens over the years, but this location truly stands out. The burger I had here was honestly the best I’ve ever had at any Dairy Queen to date. It tasted fresh, was flavorful and was what other locations haven’t quite matched. The service was alright, except for I did feel slightly anxious with all the staff standing there staring at me through the drive through window while I waited.
