Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Camilla

We have ordered hamburgers which were very good, fries were very good when they first opened but last two times we went through drive through fries were cold and did not get as many as we usually got. We ordered biscuits with sausage and a bacon egg cheese biscuit at drive through two weeks ago and biscuits were so greasy that just crumbled all over the place. It has gone down since first couple of weeks they were opened. It is your help there as is anywhere in Camilla and Pelham, Ga. They do not care. It is everywhere here. We pay good prices for food and it should be same. I am afraid t I go back because prices are high not to be able to eat the food. Biscuits had been good but the breakfast crew must have decided to put bunches of butter on them as they were so greasy and did not taste like biscuits we had been getting with chicken boxes. The chicken breast used in fried chicken sandwich is so thick and you can smell antibiotics in it.

From time I wrote last review til now this place has gotten progressively worse, and have I know one of the rudest workers I have ever come in contact with at any place. No matter if Noone is in line the window directs you to pull up and park and someone will bring it to you. This way if they get your order wrong you have to go back through line or get out and go in. I’ve never seen such inconsistent service. This is a new place and new to the community. It should focus solely on guest satisfaction. However, sometimes the service is good and sometimes it’s bad it’s mainly bad when Candace the manager works she should not be managing a restaurant very unfriendly has an attitude for no reason, and it’s the opposite of the other daytime manager from Alabama I went in and ordered breakfast special which I order every day and they were missing sausage patty from me and my coworker. Rich ruin the whole breakfast experience without me then when I went back the next day and made a complaint formally they gave me back one sausage patty which I thought was an insult how would I be able to eat? Just a sausage pad cost about two dollars for that breakfast I felt it should’ve been replaced terrible management it cost about two dollars to make that breakfast so for four dollars she let two customers leave feeling like they are so unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place when Candace works to anyone. What’s up with having to pull up every time we go through the drive-thru. No cars behind us, but they ask us to pull up and they will bring it out??? Timer on the window?? And then.. this morning.. only car there at 5:36 AM and we ordered 2 wraps. Just wraps not meals.. she takes our money, asks us to pull up, she will bring it out, so we do and about three minutes later she brings it out. Still not another car in drive thru??? We left, planning to eat on the road (reason we got wraps) however as I opened them, I realized they were cold and what should have been in side the tortilla was not. Had a lap full of cold eggs and sausage. Needless to say.. the entire cold mess wound up in the trash and I had to clean up both me and my jeep before we could go on. Five bucks..for trash pickup. We won’t be back and I really hate that, generally the food has been good. Have noticed the service has gotten worse, but unfortunately that’s everywhere in Camilla.
