Victoria Bistro — Restaurant in Canóvanas

I live 4 mins from the restaurant. We are foodies that even travel hrs to taste. We passed several times and told ourselves "We need to taste". My parents invite us today for our 25th wedding anniversary and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The taste, the ambient, the costumer service so polite. It wasnt slow and it was at 12. We just need to wait 30 mins for a table. AND TOTALLY WORTH IT. This is definetly a most to have 2 times a month visit at least being in our vicinity. I order the Victorias Favorite and ooof! A otro nivel. My husband ask for the blueberry waffles with everything bluebery and the are addictive. My girl who autistic ask for an specific sandwich and they made it for here. My son ask for the Vloud Maddame! It was from an 5 star restaurant kind of taste. So rich. My girl ask for chicken and waffle and you can tell everything is from sratch and that chicken...it was made by an expert. My husband had stake and eggs and it was so well made. My dad had the churrasco with mamposteao and it was yummy, my mom the chichen breast with mamposteao and she love it. Fruit juices were so refreshing, my son and I had an iced Macciatto and an iced Moca and were so professionally made. And for dessert we get the lava cookies🤯. They were so TASTY!!. BY FAR FOR US IS THE BEST BISTRO / PUERTORRICAN CRIOLLO FOOD IN THE AREA METRO. Is a most. And its going to become and addiction to us.

A Delightful Dining Experience at Victoria Bistro in Canóvanas - I recently had the pleasure of dining at Victoria Bistro, the new corner restaurant in Canóvanas, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The charming atmosphere of this local gem caters to various cravings, whether it's breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Upon entering, the extensive menu caught my eye, offering a plethora of options. Our charismatic waitress, Ana, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She promptly introduced herself, offered drinks with a warm smile, and took the time to explain the menu, answering any questions we had.

While some dishes seemed a bit pricey, I opted for the chicken and waffle combo. To my delight, the flavor was exceptional. Both the chicken, crisped to perfection in a flavorful beer batter, and the waffles, were a culinary delight. The local natural passion fruit juice and coffee complemented the meal wonderfully.

The only hiccup in an otherwise stellar experience was that my appetizer arrived with the main course. Despite this small oversight, everything else, from the attentive service to the delectable dishes, left a positive impression.

I'm already looking forward to my next visit, where I plan to try the Victoria Special—an intriguing combination of chicken breast filled with different meats and Mofongo. Victoria Bistro has undoubtedly earned a spot on my list of go-to dining spots...

Victoria Bristow is a fantastic spot for lunch or brunch! I ordered the Chai Tea Latte with whole milk, and it was absolutely perfect—the taste, the temperature, everything was just right.

For my meal, I had the chicken and waffles, and I have to say, I’ve never tasted waffles so good! They were slightly sweet on their own, so I didn’t even need much syrup unless I wanted to. The chicken came in small, crispy pieces. While I personally would have preferred bone-in chicken, the flavor still delivered. I do wish they had a traditional hot sauce option, but Wilder, my attentive server, was able to bring out a hot sauce mixed with mayonnaise, which worked for the moment. Still, a classic hot sauce addition would be a wonderful touch for those who like a little extra spice!

The atmosphere is inviting, with a wide range of coffee and beverage options that make it a perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. Just a heads-up—bring a jacket because it can get a little chilly inside.

All in all, Victoria Bristow is a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, delicious brunch...
