Wendy's — Restaurant in Candor

I really do not recommend this particular Wendy’s late ate night. First they’re located in aPilot truck Stop that’s open 24 hours so you would think they would be prepared. Wrong answer. I’ve driven there, more than once, just to sit in the drive through for unprecedented amounts of time to be told no chili, something that they advertise never to run out of. The staff at night seem to “have” to wait on you almost like you are disturbing them to wait on you. On top of that the last time I was there some guy with long hair was working and his hair was sorta everywhere, for the record I love long hair, just not on my food. This wild head of hair was not covered except for a cap. When you have wild hair going in several directions but definitely not under control you need to ware a hair net. So this is the only place within driving distance open at night to get something to eat just be ready to sit there sometimes going on an hour no chili 60 percent of the time and feel like you’re bothering the staff to...

The WORST Wendy's I have had the misfortune of visiting. Firstly, I had a reward for free chili and an offer for $1.00 jr bcb. The guy had no clue how to ring that in and the manager was no better, not to mention he was rude. He finally rings me up and only took $1.02 off the jr bcb when it should have been $1.29. Then we ordered the loaded fries and were told they didn't have any....ummm every ingredient for the fries are on other sandwiches and what not and you have all of those soooo how do you not have any? THEN my chili came and it was DISGUSTING. The cheese didn't melt at all because it was cold and the beans were hard because they were undercooked. To top it off, my husband paid with a $20 bill. Yes it was wet because it had been pouring rain all day. Well the cashier runs over to the manager and they discuss whether or not they would accept...

These people leaving bad reviews are crazy. The food is always good and they usually staff for the busy hours. Sometimes the drive thru will bottle neck because this place stays busy all the time. Also keep in mind that this Wendy’s employees a lot of our local high school kids. Are they always perfect and never make a mistake? No but who is. Are the prices a little high? Yes but compare it to the quality you get at McDonald’s and there is your answer. If you people think you deserve 5 star treatment for a $8-$10 meal then y’all need a reality check. As long as your order is correct, fresh, timely, and the service is friendly then they have done there job. I’ve had cold fries come out before and asked if I could get fresh ones and they didn’t hesitate to do it for me. Too many complainers out there today. Keep up the good work...
