The pizza, salad, and bread sticks were good, but was disappointed in the ordering process. We also did not get a bottle of ranch which I ordered (was not charged, but I asked for). Received a coupon in the mail for a large 2-topping pizza (any style) plus a medium salad for $22. No coupon code for online ordering on the mailer. Called into the shop, and was first directed to an automated system which asked if I wanted 15% off my order, which I told the system "no I have a coupon..." which connected me with the store. The person who picked up didn't know what coupon I was talking about, despite the mailer noting this and new ownership. My wife, who was on her way home from teaching, picked up the order and noted that the store stated we could hang onto the coupon for later on. Pricing - it appears we were potentially overcharged by about $5-$6 and for some reason, my Jets points were reduced for cinnamon bread which I did not order as well. Very confusing.
On the flip slide, the pizza was great (tons of cheese and toppings), salad fresh and delicious, breadsticks were good but not amazing for the price. We order the same thing the same way ever time... called to rectify it, no help. Finger pointing, zero accountability with no accommodation for me the customer. To say the least I won't be returning as a customer. You'd think in a pandemic with things slowing down and shutting down, restaurants and businesses in general would have customer service as number on the list with a world of options. Read moreI had placed a order online and it showed up as being taken from my account but the Manager Andrew said he didn't have the order ans stated it was Not his problem and refused to help me resolve the problem. When i asked for corp number he said to find it myself. This person Andrew has no management skills at all. I spoke with Lepa at H.Q. she was very helpful. I ended up going to another jets down the road and had great service by Devon. This location and Andrew is rude and has no idea on how solve problems or interact with a customer. The owner may want to do some detailed training with this person he is trusting with his business.
