D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Canton

My family and I have ordered here multiple times the past couple months, and have always gotten 1 or more subs wrong/added extra ingredients we did not ask for. This time, I asked for a plain grilled chicken sub with lettuce, tomato, and onion, and they gave me chicken salad. They also added cheese onto my mother's sub, when she is lactose intolerant. This location has gone downhill, and it shows that the employees do NOT care about customers. AVOID!

Update 12/31/21: More proof of carelessness of the food. Ordered an Italian with everything except hots and cheese and received this. The woman at the counter was polite and cooperative when I came back to get another order but the other girl was careless. Called around 1:00pm to Oder, put on hold to hear all the conversations in the place including the employees chatting away after they took care of a few customers and forgot I was on hold for more than ten minutes. Called back then was able to order. At this point I figured I wouldn’t complain because obviously personal interaction get in the way of business I guess. I show up pick up my sub and the distractions of talk became a problem when they didn’t put it on a wrap and not to mention your paying $10.10 for a 1/3 of a sub roll which is an outrageous. Hopefully knowing they might of missed about twenty calls well they had me on hold for awhile at a busy time ,lessons will be learned here.Because like a drive through, people calling is important, no one wants to wait...

I've been to the canton location 2 times within 6 weeks. Never been to this location ever prior. The staff remembered me my second time after 6 weeks. AMAZING!! Everyone was smiling and just so kind! I don't normaly give reviews on fast food but they deserve it!! Truly awesome to be remembered and pick up off from when I saw the employees last. This is a very special location.
