Childrens World Indoor Playground — Attraction in Canton

The place smells musty. Some of the toys don’t work bc they don’t have batteries which leads me to believe the toys aren’t sprayed down/disinfected each day or you would notice the batteries need changing. My son got sick, after coming here, with a virus and ear infections in both ears. He’s not in day care and not around any one else so I know it was from this place. Also if you breastfeed be prepared to do it in the open as there’s no private place. This place has potential to be great but falls short as I believe they just want money. Visit Vinkari Safari. Same type of place but you can smell the difference. Update to owner response: instead of calling someone a liar perhaps you should focus on the things a reviewer says so you can get your house in order. To address your concerns: your bathroom is public so you have to put your shoes back on (their is a glade plug in in the bathroom that smells lovely, probably not put there by you), their is a small air hockey table with a chair pulled up to it on the side the couch is on so smaller kids can play (that’s the same couch I had to breastfeed on 🙄), top left corner of the one room indoor play is the toddler section which has 2 play houses. Anyway it’s clear I’ve been there and youre just a nasty owner that just wants money for a sub par experience 🥱. Also the black haired girl at the front desk with the Eastern European accent was rude and all of a sudden couldn’t speak English when you ask her a question but had no problem understanding me when I paid coming in. So curious….FOR EVERYONE ELSE: You’ve seen the owners reply. Go to vinkari safari. They are so nice. There are multiple rooms to play in. The place smells clean. Had my son’s birthday party here. It’s the perfect place for kids to run around and have fun, that part I liked. But the area where you set up your actual party and have your guests is honestly raggedy. There backdrop stand is broken and I wasn’t told this prior to the party so it made it very difficult to put up our backdrop and our balloon garland. The only thing they could offer us to help was some tape which didn’t even help because it fell about twice before we just pinned it up (which we were also told we couldn’t use because it was broken) It costs $700 for a 3 hour party and this place was booked every Saturday for the month, so they can’t just buy a new backdrop stand that cost about $30 at most??? It was just very raggedy in that area and I think they could make it look much nicer since there are always parties taking place. Overall it was fun for the children though so I’m happy about that.

**UPDATE Obviously this place has a petty owner and me saying that not having a backdrop stand that actually works hit a soft spot. I was not upset about them being booked, I clearly stated that they were booked all of the Saturdays in the month so getting a $30 backdrop stand ISN’T THAT HARD. I made my party the Friday to accommodate MY GUESTS. And if they throw parties and charging that much then they are providing the backdrop stand for people to use just as shown in other pictures. Came here for a birthday party and my grandchild had a good time. It is an ok place to take the little ones. It is for babies up to 8 years old, I believe. This place is in the rear of the building. I thought I had the wrong address at first. It's cute and small which is good to keep an eye on your kids without having to search high and low for them. One way in the play area and one way out. Anyone entering the play area has to take off their shoes, kids must have adult supervision, and no adults on inflatables or other structures. There is also plenty of seating around for the adults. This place is NOT geared towards large birthday parties but is ok for small ones. NOW these are the reasons I gave 2 out of 5 stars. The employee working that day was very disrespectful and very very rude. Not towards me but by what I have seen and heard her say and do. She was not professional at all and the owner made excuses for the employee's behavior. They do not have enough benches because the birthday area is small. The party I went to was rather big and there was not enough seating for even the kids. You can not eat in the open play area, only in the designated area.
