Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

If I could give this establishment zero stars for their workers I would. My boyfriend just called there so he can pay for his order on the phone and Larry answered immediately and screamed ,"we are closed we arent taking anymore orders" and hung up. My boyfriend called 3 times and they kept hanging up and said dont call back! Well my boyfriend calls back and again and he said dude I'm trying to pay for my order and the guy proceeded to say he was sorry. Either way it was absolutely rude and he claims he is the manager and 2 workers in the background were laughing saying they love their job sarcastically. I highly suggest the GM or owner of this particular establishment reevaluate who they employ because they should be lucky to have a job during COVID 19. I understand during this time things can be stressful but you shouldn't have employees like that. The delivery driver named Elijah ended up showing up and delivering the pizza and he was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! So polite and apologized for the way his MANAGER LARRY was. He is a great employee. As for the others I would highly reconsider allowing them to have their jobs because if they did it tonight theres no telling how many other times they have done this to...

This Dominos was TERRIBLE! We placed our order over the phone on a Monday night around 8pm. We verified they delivered to our address and was told yes by Domino employee. We ordered cheesy bread sticks, chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza. We were told 40 - 45 minutes for delivery. Exactly an hour later we called because no delivery as of yet. We were told order was out for delivery - on its way. Maybe 10 minutes later we received call from Dominoes saying our order was keyed into their system as a carry out and they were changing it to delivery and there would be a $3.25 charge so how did I want to pay for delivery. I explained NO I would NOT pay for delivery due to address was verified to begin with, it had already been an hour or longer and it WAS NOT our fault they keyed order in wrong. THIS DOMINOS IS A JOKE! our food was delivered almost 2hours after we ordered it and it was cold and not even good at this point. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THiS LOCATION AGAIN! TERRIBLE...

Apparently this location will no longar deliver to our house its 8.3 miles from our location. We have been ordering from this place since we have moved here 4 years ago. I'm sure there has been 45+ orders from us at this location. They "claim" the new location will deliver and just talk to the manager because they know the situation. Guess what?!?! This location is 5.0 miles from our location! So my business is always going to Pizza Hut for now on. FUN FACT it is down the road to the gluckstat location of Domino's which is 5.3 miles from my location and got a delivery! You managers/franchise owners need to have a meeting. Just figure it out. Also, if I get a dang reply to a specific email on "how can we do better" 9 times out of 10 it's an auto bot replying. Ps: dont worry I will do the same review for the gluckstat location. Sorry to lose...
