Dunkin' — Restaurant in Canton

I would strongly recommend not coming here, at least in the morning. If you do you can expect your coffee to taste awful, or simply be made wrong (and I mean really wrong, like almond milk instead of cream, Hot instead of cold, mixing up orders etc) If you want to know my personal experience, read below.

I used come here every day with my husband, and I've gotten to know the staff there pretty well. Lately a blonde woman with a bob haircut that doesn't speak any english (I mean, none.) started working there and consistently messes up orders and then gets offended when its brought up. Today after ordering two different bagels, one with cream cheese and the other was a sausage egg and cheese, when we arrived at the window she gave us a sausage egg and cheese with cream cheese. Like, what?

We tell the cashier the order is wrong and the blonde lady walks up to the window and needs the cashier to translate what we're saying to which she looks at us and says "thats what you ordered" with the biggest attitude like we were in the wrong, and my husband and I were shocked and asked for our money back and they gave us 2 dollars, which is the most random amount and not even close to what we paid. Sadly since she's started working there (at least in the morning) we had to stop going there, which is sad cause we would bring our corgie and he loved the staff there but whenever she took our order our drinks and food...

Awful location, the staff absolutely have no idea how to be nice to people or put out orders in a timely fashion nevermind the orders actually being correct. Placed an online before I left the house so I knew it would be ready when I got there. When I got there I could see my order on the other side of the counter so I waited patiently to be greeted and handed my bag and no one came over. After about 10 minutes the lady who I can only assume is the manager because she was sending people on break came over to the counter and started reading off orders that were taken after I arrived. So as she was walking away from the counter I said that I was waiting for my mobile order and she very rudely told me I had to wait but she didn't even ask me for my name, so I said it's literally the order right there on the counter and she basically threw the bag at me and said here. Got out of there finally with two incorrectly made sandwiches that were also cold at this point and a lukewarm hot coffee. For how unprofessional the staff is you can clearly tell it only stays alive because of its location. Also I have to note that for a newly rebranded Dunkin the place on the inside looks like a run down dump because it's clearly not being...

I would NOT recommend this location. I stopped by on Tuesday February 25, 2025 and I requested the same drink that I have been ordering for a while without any issues. It was a Brown Sugar shaken espresso that they are offering for $3.00. I kindly asked for less ice as I have always done and NEVER had an issue with doing so.

I was told by an older lady with Blond hair who claimed she was the manager that corporate doesn’t want us doing that (putting less ice in the drink) and argued with me when I kindly asked again for less ice. The two employees at the store who have made this before for me had no issues with making it how I requested.

It was really sad and disappointing to see that this lady was arguing with the other employees who were trying to assist me. It’s unfortunate to see that Dunkin Donuts would hire such a rude, disrespectful and argumentative manager. I hope corporate sees this review and train’s management on...
