Subway — Restaurant in Canton

This is the third bad experience I have had at this Sub-Way. I am not a complainer, however it has been the same sandwich artist everytime that has been incredibly unprofessional and rude. Since, I was a teenager (I am in my mid 40's now) I have eaten the same thing from Subway. A spicy italian with meatball sauce. This makes it a pizza sub. The only thing that has changed over the years is I swapped from american cheese to provolone when they started selling different cheeses, and wheat bread to herbs and cheese bread when they started offering different breads. It is the only sandwich I like. All three times I have gone to this Subway because it is the closest to my work. The same lady has told me I cannot have it made the way I have always eaten it. Keep in mind every other subway I have been to between Mississippi and Louisiana has never told me this or given me any issues. The last time I went there with co-workers for lunch, she flat out refused to make my food and embarrassed me to bad. I had to sit with my co-workers and watch them eat. This time, she rolled her eyes, bobbed her head and very loudly stated...we go through this every time you come in here. I explained because she is the only subway employee that gives me issues. She made my food this time, after embarrassing me and told me that there was not a need to come back there because it would not happen again. I truly do not understand how someone can be so rude to someone over putting a sauce on a sandwich. I asked her if I wanted to add bacon or chicken to it would it be an issue and she stated no that is different because you can add extra meat to different sandwiches for a extra charge. I told her she could charge me for the sauce and she just stated no. I suppose filling this form out regarding this encounter will not matter in the end since I was told not to come back they would not fix my food. I was super nice and was never ugly to her. Can I put zero stars? Worst service ever. Upon arriving we were ignored. The lady just continued to put cheese on the bread, pan after pan. She continued to talk on the phone the entire time. Once finally ready to take our order, she just looked at us, instead of saying anything about the wait or what can I get for you. She had to continue to ask us to repeat ourselves because she couldn’t HEAR OVER THE PERSON SHE WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WITH! Oh by the way there is a big sign on the glass that said “absolutely no cell phone use while ordering”. I guess that doesn’t work both ways. We both wanted jalapeños, but they looked like they had been in a Petri dish growing specimens in a lab. After taking nearly 15 minutes, after the initial wait, to make 2 sandwiches, the drink machine was out of order. I rarely take the time to write complaints. We are very easy customers. Will not be back to...

It used to be our routine to get a sandwich at this Subway after grocery shopping. That ended today. I stood at the dirty counter almost 10 minutes. Eventually, two employees came dragging themselves from the back. The sandwich selection area looked like it hadn't been cleaned and freshened in a week , the floor was filthy, and the apparent manager was onsite!!! Unfriendly. Filthy. Now why would I ever go back?
