Lady was so nice and kind. Ordered a birthday cake for my son, they could not do this specific cake which was fine. She offered me another cake at a price I couldn't refuse and it was NOT good to say the least, kids wouldn't even eat it. That being said I would still recommend the place because she's so damn nice!
