Let's Waffle — Restaurant in Cape Coral

In the spirit of full transparency, I wanted not to like Let’s Waffle. When I saw the prices, I thought there was no way I was going to spend that kind of money on waffles. After all, it’s basically just flour and water, I told myself.

However, the moment I stepped into the restaurant, my entire thought process changed. We were greeted at the door by the owner, whose warm smile set the tone for the experience. A quick glance at the menu was enough to make me realize—this was going to be good.

We decided to try one sweet waffle and one savory waffle to get a bit of variety. The sweet waffle was topped with Nutella, bananas, and chocolate chips. The balance and ratio of ingredients were fantastic. Even on its own, the waffle had a wonderful flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.

For our savory choice, we went with the breakfast waffle and opted to add all the meats: Little Smokies, ham, and bacon. I was initially hesitant about the Little Smokies, but they quickly proved to be the right call. It was surprisingly tasty! I would have preferred if the ham had been diced, and not slices of deli cold cuts, but that’s a minor complaint, if you can even call it that…more like a personal preference and wouldn’t keep me from ordering the same thing again next time!

We had the best experience at this charming little waffle shop! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. It’s a quiet, cozy spot with a unique twist—endless customizable waffle options that are perfect for any craving. We loved that we could mix and match toppings, making it a fun, interactive experience.

Our 3-year-old had an absolute blast! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, which made her feel right at home. It’s not easy to keep a toddler entertained, but the staff made sure she had a memorable time, even offering suggestions for fun waffle combos!

The waffles themselves were delicious, light and perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Whether you like sweet, savory, or something in between, this place has something for everyone. The atmosphere is perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing, unique experience.

What an absolute gem! Nadin, the owner, goes truly above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. You can tell right away how much passion and love she puts into this place. Everything is made fresh, and all the fruit is perfectly ripe and bursting with flavor. The waffles are simply out of this world – easily the best I’ve ever had!

The restaurant itself is spotless, which shows how much care they put into every detail. What impressed me most was Nadine’s attentiveness – even though every table was full, she noticed my water glass was only half empty and immediately came by to refill it. That level of attention is rare these days!

Her team is just as wonderful – friendly, professional, and always with a smile. It’s clear they enjoy working here, and that makes the whole atmosphere warm and welcoming.
