First of all, please understand that you are in West Virginia. I'm just saying that because regional versions of Mexican food can definitely vary. The positives: we arrived early on a rainy Sunday. The place was spotless, very clean and the staff was absolutely awesome. Standard check points were perfect, salsa and chips and water within 30 seconds of sitting down. Chips were warm and crisp. The salsa unfortunately was very watery. Not chunky at all, but flavor was spicy enough. Our orders of a chicken and also beef burrito (two separate burritos) and my wife's shredded beef quesadilla came out in almost record fast time. We just got started on the margaritas, which were very balanced, not too sweet or strong/weak. The food was good but more on the bland side for me. Some may prefer that. I'm not sure what works in this area but it very well may be that a bit more bland Mexican food is preferred. I'm from new Mexico. So I prefer more punch but overall was worth the stop for us! And definitely support this hard working local place!

We ordered the "Taquitos El Puente" (appetizer) on a whim and it was SO good. Tbh I'll probably order it as a meal next time we come in. It was soooooo good. The Shrimp Fajitas Burrito wasn't what we were expecting but it was also AMAZING. The chef here knows how to season their food. We recently ate at what was supposed to be the best Mexican food in Winchester recently and honestly this place was way better than Winchester. The flavours are amazing. It tastes more authentic. The vibe here is also really nice. Very beautiful restaurant. We went in the afternoon, there was a family vibe. The waitress was very fast and polite. This waitress got us both water and also, this runny salsa and chips were very fast! It was like 30 second. It's that fast! We stumbled across this place by accident but was a happy accident. We will always remember this place fondly and come back again when we are in town. Love from Kelsey and Lydia, from Winchester and B.C Canada

Would not let us reserve for a party. Most places do. Asked way ahead and was told I could get 2 big tables together by the wall if I come early and hold them. I was ok with that.. after getting there early they would not let us have the 2 tables together that they originally Told me about because of the waitress thing... they couldn't give 13 people to the same waitress. Let's just say our whole party was there at the same time. And table A had their food almost gone when table B just got their drinks. so yes, it does matter. Because it's a party, and we were doing cake and all... we had to get up and walk across room to visit our other people when we could of all sat together. So won't be having anymore parties there. Food is...
