The ovens have not been cleaned in approximately 9 months, the fryer a good 2 months. Under the prep table is disgusting; with undated opened bags of food. The containers on top of the prep table are not cleaned regularly mainly because there isn't enough containers for the employees to properly rotate. Nothing in the kitchen is sanitized regularly. Most of the food in the freezer gets thrown on the floor and walked over. The kitchen manager hardly ever wears gloves while chopping vegetables and her teeth bleed to the point it will seep on to her face mask and she leaves them all over the kitchen instead of throwing them away. The health department came in and checked the milk and it wasn't cold enough the store was told to pull all the milk, which was in fact done. However after the health inspector left the milk was put back on the shelf in the cooler. The back of the dough machine hasn't been touched since super bowl sunday and there were BUGS in the back of it then. The flour had turned black and there were little wormy bugs in it. Theres black mold growing in the ceiling above the kitchen because there's one of many leaks up there. And management knows all about it does not care to do anything about it. The majority of the people in that kitchen do not even have the food handlers certificate. The store needs serious work and management just does not care, so be careful and mindful of your food if you choose to eat there. A...

I went to check out and the cashier said it would be $15 something . I tried to show him I had the 10 boxtops rewards and wanted to use it. He took the pizza away from me and told me that was fake. And I needed to leave the store. So I went back to talk to the lady making pizza ad she said there should be something to scan which I found on my app. There were about 15 people in the store at this time. Then when I got home my pizzas were cold, 2 out of 3 of my pizzas were burn and I mean it was black, and none of my pizza’s were cut. I called and asked for a manager they said they do not have one on duty, I asked for the name of the person who cooked the pizza’s and the guy hung up on me.
