Garrett's Main Track Inn — Restaurant in Carbon Cliff

I asked for a ice water also said "you don't even gotta put ice in it just water is fine please. Whoever the guy working behind the bar then proceeded to fill a quarter of the small cup maybe even less than that with water and slides it over and said "is that enough?" Mind you I'm visibly sweating and red hot in the face as I had been doing some cleaning outside. I just said that's just an insult is what that is. I didn't even touch the cup and walked out. That's just sad to me honestly not to mention horrible customer relations. . I've spent plenty money in that bar on slots n drinks over time and even had just donated a Nintendo 64 very recently to auction off and give to a charity. Huge insult is all.
