Horrible customer service and very rude employees !!!! I went to the facility around 8:45pm saw the chairs were on top of the table thinking they were maybe closed . The sign on the door didn’t have what time the store closed on Saturday. So I asked the employee if they were open they told me yes . I walked up to the ice cream part of the store the employee asked me what I wanted and told her . She mention to me after she put the ice cream in the cups she couldn’t mix it . I am like ok ??that’s fine just put the toppings in another cup . She handed me the 3 cups , I then asked for lids to cover she ignored me . She went straight to the register to check out. I then told her I wanted cookies she sighed out loud told me the total I paid her . She then preceded to get the cookies with the blue gloves . I asked her why did you grab the gloves knowing the gloves are used for cleaning . Her response I didn’t clean anything . So I asked again for the lids . She told me she couldn’t find them and gave me the lids that goes on a drink to put over my ice cream cups knowing that it doesn’t fit properly . I asked another girl who had blue gloves that was mopping who was the manger she said her . So I asked do you all normally grab cookies with blue gloves to get cookies she told me yes because they saved everything since they were closing . I normally love coming here to get ice cream for me and my husband because of the great customer but tonight it seemed like I disturb them since they started to clean up early . It’s one thing to start picking up early but if the business doesn’t close until 9 you shouldn’t get mad at the customer for wanting to purchase goods . I will be reporting this with the...
Read moreI just visited this location with my 5 year old daughter there were 2 tables with 4 people at each table sitting and enjoying there icecream treat . There was a little girl cleaning tables and she flipped a small tables chair over so no one could sit .. one of the bigger tables of 4 got up to leave and I asked about sitting at the table with my daughter. Now remember there is still a large table sitting and one just got up. I WAS TOLD NO. and that they are not supposed to have any one sitting in the store . Remember the two big tables.. I asked for a manager and I got a shift leader who tried to explain that there is to be no one sitting in the store .. I told her that it was OK for the two big tables to sit but my 5 yearold could not . Then she proceeded to tell me that my 5 year old can sit out side ( 50 degree weather ) I explained to how it was fair for the other tables to be allowed to sit and finish but this so called shift leader did not correct the actions of the other two tables .. yes I did point it out and she could not respond to my statment! I called corporate and I will make a very big complaint this is why people act the way they do.. if its good enough for others and no corrections were done then why the hell was it not ok for my 5 year old... this is not over by far!!! But I promise you this .. I will not suport this business and I will share this with all I do know... marble slab sucks !!!...

My family and I had already put this place on our X list because of poor customer service and not getting our desserts done right. Yesterday my husband and I decided to give it another shot maybe things had changed since we hadn’t been there for a very long time. Well me were again very disappointed 😔.
