Wingstop — Restaurant in Carencro

Wow this location went downhill fast. I was super excited to have a Wingstop near my house, but wait times are consistently 45-50 minutes and often not ready when I arrive. This time I did delivery via the Wingstop app, but delivery fulfillment is done via DoorDash. My $37 (two 6pc combos, taxes, fees, and 20% tip) order showed up about 50 minutes after ordering (I am 6 miles from the restaurant) and was missing an entire order of wings and was luke warm at best. DoorDash was unresponsive via text so I called the restaurant. Employees were unapologetic about the situation and said I could come get the missing wings "if I wanted." I went and got the wings, which of course made the other half of the order colder and more stale. Was hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt before leaving a negative review, but this is the 3rd-4th order where the overall satisfaction has been down. Wingstop should know this franchise operator is not doing their brand justice, even damaging it in this area. Too bad too, Wingstop is one of my favorite...

Went here today and placed an order, as I’m sitting in the lobby waiting on my food I see a tall guy in the back with SpongeBob slides on picking up wings with his bare hands and putting them in the fryer, he touching everything in there and not washing his hands. So when I ask the girl is that my food she says yes so I ask for a refund and she says she can’t until the manager comes back. I’m a truck driver that was passing through to get food because I was hungry. DO NOT EAT HERE I SEEN HIM NOT WASH HIS HANDS AND TOUCH WINGS WITH HIS BARE HANDS AND PUTTING THEM IN THE FRYER LITERALLY. I use to work in the kitchen and gloves is worn at all time. The girl at the front with the glasses and braids was RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! Customer service is terrible and for me not to be from here and just passing through it’s disgusting and I will be calling the health department and showing...

The "manager" there thats missing a tooth was extremely rude and unhelpful. Accused me of lying because she didn't put my full order in the bag and said if I didn't come right back with the bag I wasn't going to get my fries. All while I was on my lunch break. Then when I got there she said that she wasn't rude to me on the phone, then when I tossed the bag on the counter she said I threw it at her... completely nuts. Then continued to bad mouth me to the cooks in the back where i could hear her, then denied doing that. Said "I didn't say anything about you." Don't try to debate her because she will just lie about everything and try to make you look like you're acting crazy to save face. Now I see why she's missing a tooth. Food was good. Props...
