terrible terrible place :( seats are terrible all beat up and should of been replaced years ago... terrible service when i went :( no one was there and yet i had to constantly wait for a waiter.... i went in about 330pm and wanted to order from their lunch special combination plate which ended at 4pm, after i asked if i could order from there, i was told yes but after 4 i would be charged more..... our waitress took so long to get me a drink and after bringing me the drink she leaves when i was ready to order.... when she finally came back into view of us it was after 4pm so i was charged the extra money..... after ordering we got a plate filled with Slime..... we told them we will not eat that, it is not what we wanted....our waitress talked to the owner who said "we'll have they even tried it" ummmmmmmmm its not what we wanted why the hell do i need to eat the plate of SLIME..... we ask for our check and talk to the owner...we ask if the Slime plate can be taken off, the owner said no, then we are told "its not my fault you dont know what you ordered" ummm actually it is... you have no images on your menu, and from my past knowledge of ordering chow mein is not crumbs of won ton and slime.... it is thicker white noodles. then he also tells us "well what do you want me to do about it" helloooooooo i told you what i wanted you to do about it.... take off the $6 something for the slime plate we never wanted.... terrible..... just plain old rude and wrong.... a few hours after eating there my stomach started to feel terrible and the vomiting and cramping in my stomach started :( never eating...

Waitress dropped the F bomb in front of our 10 year old daughter, didn't bother to apologize or correct it. Took her a good 30 minutes after we had our drinks for her to decide it was worth taking our order. The icing on the cake was her inability to get my girlfriend a new fork after we asked politely and pointed out the one that had been given to her still had someone else's food on it. Now I'm usually and extremely understanding customer. People have lives, and we don't know what their struggles are behind closed doors. However, taking upwards of 30 minutes just to take our order, on what had to be one of the slowest nights I'd ever personally witnessed in this establishment, is unacceptable. By the time we actually had our food, we just wanted to leave. Absolutely terrible service for NO good reason. Jade palace I highly recommend you better train your waiters/waitresses to make sure this does not continue to happen to others. You have been our go to for Chinese food my entire life, but as of late, you leave much...

Decided to give them a shot this past Friday night. I went in the door and it was pretty busy, which I thought was promising. I was 5th in line at the counter and had already ordered over the phone. No problem. Finally, I'm next in line and the owner comes out from the back bringing takeout food bags. The owner recognizes the guy in line behind me and they start chatting. He then commences to taking this guy's order and slides it to the lady who was at the cash register, completely skipping me for his "buddy." At this point I tell them "y'all can keep mine since you brought your friend to the front of the line. Throw mine in the trash." They then gasped as I walk out like they actually thought I was wrong. I'm wrong??? In what world is this acceptable? True enough, they will survive without my $20 order but on principal you can believe I'm never stepping foot in there again. I go through Caribou weekly. Needless to say, you lost me as a customer before I ever got the chance to...
