My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt and had many meals at Pacific Point. One of the servers, named Keshwan was especially efficient, friendly and we enjoyed talking with her as well! She’s always smiling, looking for ways to make visitors to the restaurant feel welcome and she truly cares about their dining experience. My wife has a severe shellfish allergy and Keshwan made the kitchen staff aware of it every time we ate at the restaurant. She is a delightful, smart young woman and we look forward to seeing her again on our next visit.
We also met a new intern working in the restaurant as well that truly impressed us. Her name is Paula and she is on a year long program with Hyatt for training- all the way from Romania! Her English is fabulous, her desire to work hard and become a permanent member of the Hyatt staff family is what she is working very hard on. One place in particular is Pacific Point which offers high top seating, bar seating, and a very comfortable outdoor space as well. My wife and I had an early dinner one evening in the bar area and our food was great. Also, the service was excellent as well. We stopped by here on two occasions during our stay, once for Japanese take-out, which was awesome, and once for an after-dinner coffee, tea, and a date at the Top Golf simulator. You have to check in at Pacific Point for the Top Golf experience fyi.
